Note to Debbie Morrill
Thank you.
My website is estimated to be be over 60,000 ages of materials which I wrote.
It is a record of a significant part of medical history:
1. The transition from hand written and transcribed to electronic medical records (EMR)
2. The transition from EMR and electronic patient management
3. The adoption of our innovations and transformation by Chinese and Australian primary care providers
4. Innovations in the use of data analytics
5. The creation and adoption of Patient-Centered Medical Home used by the only practice in America to be accredited by all four accreditation bodies (NCQA, AAAHC, URAC and Joint Commission)
5. A 4,000 page 9-volume tool entitled Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative which I prepares for the CMS’s TCPI
6. Tutorials for how to design, build and deploy hundreds of Electronic Patient Management Tools
7. A Syllabus for a PC-MH Externship
8.Description of and directions for use of hundreds of quality metrics in clinical medicine
9. The Importance of Data Analytics in Clinic Practice.
10. Twenty years of weekly newspaper articles which I wrote, as well as health correspondence and public health policy correspondence.
There is no personal, partisan political material on the site
There is much more.
While it is a reality that the content of this website will become dated, it will always serve as a historical record of critical part of health-care history. It is also an example of what was produced by a practicing and managing physician.
I am updating the website so that all of thousands of links work. That was necessary also because the name was changed from www.setma.com to www.jameslhollymd.com.
I am also in the process of completing the adding of a section on health and health care materials which were published on face book. This examples how social media can be used by physicians to promote good health.
I look forward to the UT Health San Antonio housing this website in a prominent place of your choice
