Public Reporting - PCPI CHF

This Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement is one of the earliest quality measure sets produced by the Consortium. The set involves 7 categories of treatment options. As is indicated by the name of SETMA's display below, Prospective Data Collection Flowsheet, all of the data points required to fulfill all of the PCPI measurement sets are collected automatically and do not require the provider to check boxes. If, upon review, the provider finds that a point has been overlooked, it is easy to navigate back to the place in the EMR where that point is documented. This fulfills our commitment to "make it easier to do it right than not to do it at all."
