SETMA has received the HIMSS Tier I Stories of Success in collaboration with ASQ, NCQA, and NPSF. This is the second year of the Stories of Success program, which is pier-reviewed. Attached is SETMA’s “story”. A description of the Stories-of-Success program is found below with a listing of all Tier 1 and Tier II submissions for 2011. SETMA is proud to have been recognized in this manner for the work we have done in improving healthcare in Southeast Texas and for showing that The SETMA Model of Care works in improving healthcare outcomes.
