Happy Birthday! It has been such an honor to work with you & SETMA for the last ten years. I don’t believe I ever told you this but in my last semester of school, November 2003, I spoke with my mother about my possible future with SETMA. She was my best friend and I shared with her my fears of being part of such a large group. She was a nurse who worked nights at St Elizabeth and she told me that she had seen you work and go in a pray with patients. She had seen the concern in your eyes in making difficult decisions. She told me “Dr Holly can be tough; but he is a good man- a man of God. You need to work for him and God will do the rest.”-She was right (as always)- She died about 3 weeks later just after I took my last exam. I just want you to know how I so look up to you and your wife. You are both beautiful people.
