Dr. Holly,

I did note your definition of prescribing and agree.  I was most excited to see you detail the physician requirements for medication reconciliation.  I wish all physicians took this process as seriously as you.

I know it has only been two nights with physician coverage at night, but I can tell you it is making a very positive difference.  A nocturnist program, which you developed seemly overnight, truly is transforming healthcare.  I am looking forward to working with your group to maximize the benefits of this program.

Best wishes and I look forward to us working together to create the highest standards for healthcare in Beaumont.
