Larry - Thank you and your staff for hosting me Thursday at your offices. I was enthralled with the well thought out and conceptualized approaches and strategies that you, your partners and team members have developed, implemented, tested, refined, documented and researched in every area of your work.

The commitment that each partner has made to the foundation to provide for the medical needs of those who cannot pay was exemplary. The pride, confidence and professionalism of everyone I met was contagious. The support and trust afforded by your leadership style has engendered a courage to risk, make mistakes, learn, grow and accomplish so much.

My head is spinning, and I so appreciate your willingness to give me and send me material to read. This is amazing work that is making a difference in peoples' lives and those of your partners and staff.

I originally came to learn enough to figure out how THI could work with you on oral health. I still think that is a priority, but I think there are many other things I need to read and explore before I feel I more fully comprehend the breadth and depth of the impact I was observing.

I will be getting back to you and I do want to come back with a couple of staff to explore some ideas of how we might work together.
