Dearest Dr. Holly,

As I stood outside St. Mary’s on Saturday, waiting for VIPs to arrive related to General Robles’ party (our keynote speaker), I was reminded of our exciting efforts last year connected to the School of Health Professions graduation. While the rain/flooding held out this year until after graduation, I couldn’t help but think about all of us nearly drowning last year - and your perseverance in getting to St. Mary’s and delivering an outstandingly-personalized commencement speech to the School of Health Professions. You did such a wonderful job speaking to each SHP program and the value they add to the healthcare team. I nearly burst with pride!

Thank you again for your diligence and calmness in getting to the graduation ceremony and for your outstanding speech. You are such a great example for others in all that you do. You inspire me to be better and do better each and every day.
