Subject: RE: This is my summary of the contact with the Lewin Group October 1, 2015 concerning SETMA's participation in CMS' Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative

Perfect evidence to support our energetic advocacy for SETMA as being a light on the hill ever since our visit.

Larry, our visit and your generosity as host was transformative. We are working away in western Sydney since our visit inspired by your moral imperative.

I will share this with two other American Family Physicians I have since come to know and admire and Dr Di O'Halloran an Australian primary health care philosopher and advocate/reformer. The American colleagues are Dr Josh Gettinger in North Carolina and Dr Kirsten Meisinger in Boston. I hope they both have an opportunity for conversation with you. (thanks to your email they will have all the preparatory reading needed!).

I get a lot of pleasure in knowing what you have created and seeing the pleasure you rightly enjoy in having done so.

My very best and fondest regards

Michael
