Dear Dr. Holly - thank you so much for your most comprehensive email and all of the links to SETMA's most impressive accomplishments. We are particularly grateful to the other members of the SETMA team copied as well. SETMA has an incredible reputation in the State of Texas and beyond so it heartens us tremendously to be granted the opportunity to visit with you.

May we ask for an exact date and a time that works best for us to meet with you next week between Wednesday and Friday? We are all booking our flights tonight to visit next week.
