Thank you for the time and energy you put into the Strategic Planning Meeting yesterday.  Between the training meeting on Tuesday and the Strategic Planning Meeting from yesterday, we have made a significant and valuable investment in the future of SETMA.

The final session where each person following the lead of Margaret Ross as she said, “This year, I am committed to the following!”  As we recorded all sessions, we will transcribe the commitment session and send a copy to each of you.  In our follow-up meeting in six months, we will review how each of us has done on our personal commitments.

Thank you.  The harmony, the shared vision, the passion and the enthusiasm of SETMA’s formal leadership (30 strong) along with all of our colleagues who lead parts of SETMA, bodes well for the future of SETMA.

As I said, I can name each provider - physician and nurse practitioner - who has left SETMA. The remarkable, uniform and consistent thing is that SETMA has grown, benefited and been strengthened by each one who has left SETMA.  That is remarkable.   But most of all, we have grown, benefited and been strengthened by each one who has elected to tie their future to SETMA.

Thank you for your dedication and you’re sharing the dream of a future which is bring and excited.

As was said yesterday, we have worked hard but the ONLY way to explain SETMA’s remarkable success is the providence and beneficent of God.  We have talented and hardworking people but all of our collective work would not result in SETMA without the blessings of God.
