Choosing a Provider & Provider Organization (2014)

SETMA currently possesses accreditation for Patient- Centered Medical Home and for Ambulatory Care from:

  1. NCQA -- 2010-2016
  2. AAAHC -- 2010-2017
  3. URAC  --  2014-2017
  4. The Joint Commission -- 2014-2017

We also hold NCQA recognition for:

  1. Diabetes -- 2010-2016. SETMA is the only multi-specialty group to be a Diabetes Center of Excellence. 
  2. Cardiac and Stroke -- 2014-2017
  3. Distinction in Patient Satisfaction -- 2014 (this is awarded annually for Consumer Assessment of   Healthcare Provides and Systems

 SETMA public reports by provider name on provider performance on over 300 Quality Metrics.  We are in our sixth year of reporting and have data displayed for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and for the first six months of 2014.   This can be reviewed at the following link:

Monthly we close our six clinics for one half day during which we all meet for four hours of training, discussion, teaching and review of performance.  The ABFM gives their diplomats CME credit for these sessions.
