In 2005 HIMSS published what they called "The SETMA Way."  These ten principles were defined by SETMA in May, 1999 when they were enunciated as the principles for designing an EHR.   It turn out that in 2009, SETMA realized that these principles really defined a Patient- Centered Medical Home.
