    This is a description of a 2012 conference at the Massachusetts Medical Society where the question was asked, "How many tasks can you get a provider to perform at each encounter?"  The speaker suggested the answer was one, but with two examples from Electronic Patient Management, the real answer was shown to be 30-40.
