Medical Director of Arkansas Medicaid

Dr. Golden, I attended your presentation in San Antonio on Friday:  "Alternative Payment Models and Primary Care:  The View from Little Rock and Washington D. C."   Without exaggeration, it was the best presentation of the conference.  Your work in Arkansas is very impressive.

Southeast Texas Medical Associates, LLP (SETMA, www.jameslhollymd.com) has been using EMR since 1998.  We have been an accredited PC-MH since 2010 (NCQA Tier 3, AAAHC, URAC, and Joint Commission).  Our current Joint Commission accreditation expires in 2020.  SETMA has publicly reported by provider name on over 200 quality metrics since 2009, see http://jameslhollymd.com/Public-Reporting/pdfs/public-reports-by-type.pdf.
