Dr. Holly,

First I want to thank you for your time and consideration. I was very impressed with the new developments and the great things to come for SETMA. I was equally pleased that you think I have a place to return to and grow within this organization.

Nearly every aspect I could contemplate has been positive;

It is with great pleasure and anticipation that I request we move forward with additional interviews and/or processes. I am available to meet with Drs. __________ at their earliest convenience. As discussed, I was making ________ . I will leave that to your discretion as all offers will be considered.

I am extremely pleased that you are such an advocate for nurse practitioners. As I shared I have recently become intimately involved in our SETX NP organization who's primary mission is expansion of privileges for NP's in Texas. This has the potential to positively impact patient care but also has the opportunity to increase revenue by allowing 100% reimbursement 100% of the time.

Lastly, I am happy to be coming home. As we discussed, I have no desire to use SETMA as a stepping stone but rather a place I can grow roots, prosper and eventually retire. I have missed many of my personal and professional relationships that were forged with my SETMA family.
