Letters - MIPS September 2016 Advanced Care Information (MU) & Clinical Practice Improvement (PC-MH)

The four categories of MIPS made into law by MACRA are:

Quality - 50%
Advanced Care Information - 25%
Clinical Practice Improve Activity (PC-MH) - 15%
Resource Use (Cost) - 10%

The attached file shows that SETMA has already qualified for the 25% related to Advanced Care Information which is the replacement for Meaningful Use. The attached gives the details of what is required. SETMA fulfills all of these elements above the 90% level for each and all.

Because SETMA has been a PC-MH since 2010, we automatically receive the 15% related to Clinical Practice Improvement Activity. With the plans we have put into place, we will receive full credit for Quality and we will improve our Resource Use.

With out attentiveness and surveillance of all these issues, we should move up into the right upper quadrant in our 2017 data. The following is our 2014 data.
